To connect the AROMA Pro Professional Scent Machine to WiFi and set it up using the mobile app, please follow these steps:
1. Start by connecting the power cord and turning on the white power switch on the side of the machine.
2. Download and install the Aroma Retail app on your mobile device. Note that this app requires a separate account from the one you use on aromaretail.com.
3. Open the app and set up a new account if this is your first time using it.
4. Once your account is set up, you will see the Home Screen. From here, you can access different features of the app.
5. If the antenna icon is not showing on the upper right corner of the screen, try moving the machine closer to your router and restarting it. If the machine was previously set up on another WiFi network, you will need to reset the network by pressing Menu on the machine, scrolling down to WiFi Reset, and following the prompts.
6. Swipe out of the app and go to your phone's settings to join the machine's network. Then, return to the app and click "I'm already connected."
7. Select your normal WiFi network from the list and enter the password. Click "Connect."
8. Click "Check" to verify that your phone and the machine are now on the same WiFi network and to proceed to the next screen.
9. You are now connected to your machine. From here, you can add another machine or go into the settings of the connected machine by clicking the pencil icon. You can also rename the machine after clicking the pencil.
10. To edit the Events (scheduling and settings), click the pencil icon. Normally, only one Event is needed to be active, unless you want your machine to run at different settings on different days. You can also do temporary overrides and enter your oil level from this screen.
11. Set the Start and End times for the machine to run each day. Click the days to turn them on/off. This screen also allows you to set the work/pause duration, which determines the intensity of the scent. The Fan setting controls the airflow over the nozzle.
12. The app also provides options for overriding settings temporarily, entering the oil level, and enabling Vacation Hold.
