According to the user manual, it can take up to 7 hours to fully charge the battery of the HOVER-1 H1-REBL Rebel Hoverboard Electric Scooter. It is recommended to use the charger and charging cable provided by Hover-1 to ensure proper charging. When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator light on the charger will turn green. It is important to unplug the charger from both the hoverboard and the power outlet once the battery is fully charged.
