To connect the Waves A3000-MX Commercial Audio Mixer to your audio system, follow these steps:
1. Determine the type of audio connection you will be using. The A3000-MX is compatible with standard ASIO audio or Dante network configurations.
2. If you are using ASIO audio, connect the A3000-MX to your audio system using USB or Ethernet. Make sure your audio preamps, mics, line sources, and amplifiers/speakers are connected to the appropriate inputs and outputs of the A3000-MX.
3. If you are using Dante network, connect the A3000-MX to your network using the 1Gb Ethernet port. Ensure that your Dante-enabled devices are properly connected to the network.
4. Once the physical connections are made, you can configure the A3000-MX using the Waves mRecall audio scene recall app. This app allows you to control preconfigured, fully customized audio settings for your commercial space.
5. For further customization, you can add Waves plugins to the A3000-MX. Waves offers a wide range of audio processing plugins to address various audio needs, such as feedback suppression, dynamics control, noise reduction, and more.
6. If you require automatic mixing of multiple live microphones, you can consider adding the Waves Dugan Speech plugin as an optional purchase. This plugin controls the gains of multiple microphones automatically and in real time, reducing noise and feedback.
