To power on the QFX RETRO-39BT Cassette Recorder, you can either plug it into an AC outlet using the included AC plug or use 4x 1.5V "C" batteries. If using batteries, slide off the battery compartment lid and insert the four batteries, making sure to observe the +/ polarity marks inside the compartment. Please note that the batteries are not included with the recorder.
