To install the Robern LIT Wall-Mounted Magnification Mirror, please follow these steps:
1. Unpack the mirror and carefully inspect it for any damage.
2. Check the box thoroughly for all hardware and loose parts.
3. Ensure that you have the necessary tools for installation.
4. Observe all local electrical codes and building codes when wiring the mirror.
5. Make sure to disconnect the power before starting the installation process.
6. The mirror should be mounted to a standard octagon or 4" round type electrical box that is pre-installed in the wall according to local building and electrical codes.
7. Remove the mounting plate by unscrewing the decorative nuts on the mirror base and set them aside.
8. Pass the field wiring through the center opening of the mounting plate.
9. Align the supplied mounting screws with the electrical box xxxx locations and loosely install them.
10. Use a level to adjust the rotation of the mounting plate until it is level.
11. While holding the mounting plate level, tighten the screws to secure the mounting plate to the electrical box.
12. Make all electrical connections using the wire nuts provided and refer to the electrical diagram for reference.
13. Push any excess wire into the electrical box and reinstall the decorative nuts removed in Step 7.
14. Once the mirror is securely installed, you can clean the mirror surface using a lint-free polishing cloth. Avoid using ammonia-based cleaners and abrasive cleansers. For stubborn stains, slightly dampen the cloth with water or rubbing alcohol. When cleaning the metal frame, use only a damp cloth.
15. The Robern LIT Wall-Mounted Magnification Mirror comes with a limited one-year warranty. If you experience any issues with the product, contact your dealer or Robern directly. Please note that the warranty does not cover installation costs and is void if the product is damaged due to abuse, misuse, faulty installation, or unauthorized repairs.
