To cycle through the different modes on the LUXPRO LP323 Multi Color LED Headlamp, you need to use the buttons on the headlamp.
For the spotlight mode, press and release the button on the right side of the headlamp. This will turn on the spotlight. To cycle through the spotlight modes (Spot High/Spot Low), press the button repeatedly.
For the flood light mode, press and release the button on the left side of the headlamp. This will turn on the flood light. To cycle through the flood light modes (High White/Low White/Green/Red), press the button repeatedly.
If you want to switch to Strobe mode from any mode, press and hold the left button for 2 seconds.
Remember, the LP323 has dual button intuitive mode selection, so make sure you are using the correct button for the desired mode.
