To adjust the maximum current output of the EvoCharge charging station, you will need to access the DIP switch on the charging station circuit board. Here are the steps to adjust the maximum current output:
1. Disconnect the power supply to the charging station and verify that there is no power present before making any adjustments.
2. Place the charging station on a flat surface with the front cover facing down. Remove the front cover by loosening the five Torx screws located at the rear of the charging station.
3. With the front cover removed, locate the DIP switch on the charging station circuit board. The DIP switch is a 4-position switch located directly to the left of the LED board wiring harness connector.
4. To adjust the maximum current output to 24A, use a non-conductive object to change the DIP switch setting to the appropriate position. Refer to the manual for the specific DIP switch configuration for 24A output.
5. Once the DIP switch setting is adjusted, reassemble the charging station by placing the front cover back onto the charging station and tightening the five Torx screws.
Please note that adjusting the maximum current output should only be done by a licensed electrician. It is important to follow all safety precautions and guidelines provided in the manual.
