To assemble and load the Draper A10 xxxx -on Grease Gun, please follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the barrel from the pump head in an anti-clockwise direction. Note that there is no barrel for Draper Stock No.16157.
2. Remove the xxxx -cap from the grease cartridge.
3. Push the base of the grease cartridge until the grease protrudes approximately 6mm out of the cartridge. This step is important to prevent air from entering the pump unit.
4. xxxx the cartridge firmly into the pump head in a clockwise rotation until it stops. Do not over tighten.
5. xxxx the steel barrel over the cartridge into the pump head. Be careful not to cross-thread it. Please note that the steel barrel is not supplied or required for Draper Stock No.16157.
6. Pump the grease gun to ensure that grease is coming out of the outlet.
7. xxxx the outlet nozzle into the main pump head in a clockwise direction until it is tight. You can use PTFE tape for this joint if required.
8. Pump the handle to ensure that grease is being expelled.
9. Your grease gun is now ready for use.

If you need to exchange grease cartridges, please follow the same procedure mentioned above. If you are changing grease types, make sure to clean the face of the grease cartridge mating face and use new grease to expel the old grease before use. After the initial assembly, there is no need to remove the nozzle assembly.
