To answer a call using the Jabra Evolve 20 USB-C MS Stereo Professional Headset, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the headset is connected to your computer or device via the USB-C cable.
2. Make sure that the Jabra Direct software is installed and running on your computer. If not, download and install the latest version of Jabra Direct from the Jabra website.
3. Once Jabra Direct is open, make sure that the headset is selected as the active audio device for your softphone application.
4. When an incoming call is received, you will hear a ringtone in the headset.
