To install the Wallas 86D Diesel Convection Oven, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have the minimum required installation space of 500x400x530 mm (WxHxD) available. Do not place any other devices in the installation space.
2. Create holes at the base of the cut-out for the cooling air, with a combined area of at least 100 cm2.
3. Leave at least 100 cm2 of free space above the oven for cooling air if the top part of the oven is covered with a plate or if it is installed in a closed space. The installation cut-out should be made of fireproof material or lined with fireproof material.
4. The dimensions of the cut-out for the control panel are 143 x 40 mm. The control panel wire is 1.5 m long. Avoid installing the control panel directly above the oven door to prevent heat damage to the electronic equipment.
5. Do not mount the 85D cooking range and the 86D oven in the same installation opening. Each requires its own installation opening.
6. The installation cut-out of the oven must have a replacement air opening of at least 100 cm2.
7. Fasten the control panel to the desired place on the tabletop using two screws.
8. Fasten the oven with two fixing strips that have been screwed onto the base. Ensure the strips are securely fastened.
9. Lift the oven onto the fixing strips, aligning the back screws with the grooves. Tighten the front screws using a 10 mm fork wrench.
10. Connect the exhaust gas hose, lamp and thermostat connector, control panel, power cord, and fuel hose according to the provided diagram (Figure 7).
Once the oven is installed, you can start using it by turning the power switch to the ON position. The oven will automatically start heating up, and you can adjust the temperature using the thermostat xxxx . Remember to let the oven warm up before placing food inside, and avoid unnecessary quick adjustments to prevent soot buildup in the burner.
