To install the ROBUS RG9125P Single Chrome Pull Chord Wall Light, please follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure that the mains supply is switched off before starting the installation.
2. Before drilling any fixing holes, determine the direction of any buried cables to avoid damaging concealed building wiring.
3. The luminaire must be mounted directly to the wall. Drill appropriate fixing holes and pass the wires through the cable entry in the center of the plastic base. Fix the base to the wall.
4. Connect the wires as follows: brown (or red) wire to L, blue (or black) wire to N, and earth wire to E. Make sure the pull cord operation does not get obstructed. Insert the lamp and fit the diffuser.
5. To replace the lamp, switch off the fitting and remove the cover to access the lamp. Replace the lamp and put the diffuser back in place.
Note: The fitting becomes hot quickly when in use, so allow it to cool before touching.
