To replace the O-ring at the base of the handle on the B G 22045500 XR Valve, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the valve and ensure it is not under pressure.
2. Remove the handle by unscrewing it counterclockwise.
3. Locate the O-ring at the base of the handle.
4. Carefully remove the old O-ring from its groove.
5. Clean the groove and ensure it is free from any debris or residue.
6. Lubricate the new O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant.
7. Place the new O-ring into the groove, ensuring it is properly seated.
8. Reattach the handle by screwing it back on clockwise.
9. Test the valve for any leaks by turning it on and off.
