Installation Instructions for the Dainolite NOR-326C-CLR Light Incandescent Aged Brass Chandelier:
1. Before starting the installation, ensure that the power is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Carefully unpack the chandelier and check that all parts are included. If any parts are missing or broken, contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca. They will ship the missing or broken parts to you promptly.
3. Follow the applicable installation code and regulations in your area. It is recommended to have the chandelier installed by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the associated hazards.
4. Determine the desired location for the chandelier. Ensure that the ceiling can support the weight of the chandelier and that there is proper electrical wiring available.
5. Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure that the bracket is securely fastened.
6. Connect the chandelier wires to the electrical wires in the ceiling. Match the black wire from the chandelier to the black (hot) wire in the ceiling, the white wire from the chandelier to the white (neutral) wire in the ceiling, and the green or copper wire from the chandelier to the ground wire in the ceiling. Use wire connectors to secure the connections.
7. Carefully lift the chandelier and hang it onto the mounting bracket. Ensure that it is securely attached.
8. Install the light bulbs into the chandelier sockets. Refer to the manual for the maximum wattage and type of bulbs recommended for this chandelier.
9. Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box and test the chandelier to ensure it is functioning properly.
