To install the nVent Floor Brush Kit 2 Piece Flush Mount with Cover, please follow the steps below:
1. Determine the desired location for the flush mount floor brush kit in your new installation.
2. Prepare the floor panel by making a cutout according to the dimensions specified in the manual (6.31 x 12.81 x 1.62 in).
3. Insert the removable back brush into the cutout, ensuring it fits securely.
4. If you have large connectors or cables, there is no need for an oversized cutout. The removable back brush allows them to pass through the grommet.
5. Install the removable solid safety cover over the back brush, ensuring it is securely in place.
6. Repeat the above steps if you need to install multiple kits for large bundles of cables.
7. Ensure that the floor panel is covered and the safety cover is in place, as required by OSHA jobsite standards, NEC, UL, and NEMA regulations.
