According to the instruction manual, the MERLO P35.9EV Truck Forklift should be serviced at different intervals based on hours run and/or calendar periods expired. The servicing schedule is as follows:
1. Daily: Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks such as checking for fuel, oil, and air leaks, inspecting gauges and warning lights, and checking the seat and seat belt.
2. Weekly: Perform weekly inspections and maintenance tasks such as checking the tires and wheel nuts, lubricating the boom sliding pads, and inspecting the front differential oil.
3. 250 hours: Perform servicing tasks such as lubricating the carriage slide, checking the brake pads, and inspecting the hydrostatic transmission oil.
4. 500 hours: Perform servicing tasks such as lubricating the boom sliding pads, checking the reduction hub articulation, and inspecting the rear differential oil.
5. 1,000 hours or 24 months: Perform servicing tasks such as lubricating the boom sliding pads (rear), inspecting the driveshaft universal joints, and inspecting the hydraulic sump bleed filter.

It is important to note that unit commanders have the authority to adjust the servicing intervals or add additional servicing operations based on operational needs. Additionally, all servicing should be carried out by authorized personnel as listed in the manual.
