Cleaning the Rondell RDE-1105 Automatic Coffee Machine is an important step in maintaining its performance and prolonging its lifespan. Here is how you can clean the machine:
1. Wipe the coffee machine body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe dry. Do not use metal brushes or abrasive cleaning agents.
2. Wash the removable parts of the coffee machine (such as the coffee bean container, holder, water tank, drip tray, and filters) with warm water and a neutral detergent. Rinse them thoroughly and dry them before reassembling.
3. Use the cleaning pin provided to clean the steam release pipe. Insert the pin into the pipe and move it back and forth to remove any residue.
4. Use the cleaning brush provided to clean the coffee grinder and other accessible parts of the machine.
5. For descaling, prepare a descaling solution according to the instructions provided in the manual. Fill the water tank with the solution and follow the descaling procedure outlined in the manual.
6. After descaling, rinse the steam release pipe, brewing unit, and water tank with clean water to remove any remaining descaling solution.
7. Clean the drip tray and grid regularly. Remove the grid from the tray, empty the tray, wash it, and then reassemble.
