To configure the LeDMX2 MAX unit for your LED pixel setup, you will need to use the eDMX Configuration utility. Here are the steps to configure the unit:
1. Connect the LeDMX2 MAX unit to your computer using an Ethernet cable.
2. Open the eDMX Configuration utility on your computer.
3. In the Network tab, set the Network Mode to Static IP and enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway that match your local area network.
4. In the Port Tabs (1-2), select the Pixel Type as WS2812B and set the Pixel Count to match the number of pixels in your setup.
5. Configure the other settings in the Port Tabs as per your requirements, such as Color Order, Start Universe, Start Channel, etc.
6. Click Update to save the settings to the LeDMX2 MAX unit.
Once the unit is configured, you can connect your WS2812B pixels to the pixel output ports using the appropriate wiring. The LeDMX2 MAX unit will now be ready to control your LED pixel setup using Art-Net.
