To start a wash cycle on the HOTPOINT NSWM Washing Machine, follow these steps:
1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the machine. The indicator light for START/PAUSE will flash slowly green.
2. Open the door and load the laundry, making sure not to exceed the maximum load quantity indicated in the wash cycle table.
3. Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent into the relevant compartments as described in the "DETERGENT DISPENSER DRAWER" section of the user guide.
4. Close the door.
5. The machine will automatically display the maximum temperature and spin speed values for the selected cycle, or the most recently used settings if they are compatible with the selected cycle.
6. Select the desired wash cycle using the WASH CYCLE SELECTOR xxxx .
7. Select any desired options using the OPTION button and indicator light.
8. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the wash cycle. The indicator light will light up steady green, and the door will lock.
