To assemble the Hard Head 015229 Pallet Truck, follow these steps:
1. Unpack and inspect all the parts, ensuring that nothing is missing or damaged.
2. Check that the safety pins are inserted in the pump.
3. Tap the shaft pin into the bolt using a hammer.
4. Fit the drawbar into the pump and push the bolt through the drawbar, ensuring that the chain hangs out behind the drawbar.
5. Put the chain through the hole in the bolt.
6. Tap the other shaft pin into the other end of the bolt with a hammer. The shaft pin should extend on both sides of the bolt.
7. Press down the drawbar and carefully pull out the safety pins.
8. Press down the lever and press the guide pin for the chain through the arm guide.
9. Secure the guide pin in place by tightening the nut.
