Cleaning the air filter is an important maintenance task for your Haier AS35TBCHRA Tempo Air Conditioner to ensure optimal performance and clean air circulation. Here's how you can clean the air filter:
1. Turn off the air conditioner and unplug it from the power source.
2. Locate the air filter on the indoor unit. It is usually located behind a front panel or grille.
3. Remove the front panel or grille to access the air filter.
4. Take out the air filter from its housing.
5. Gently brush off any dust or debris from the filter using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. Be careful not to damage the filter.
6. If the filter is heavily soiled, you can wash it with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
7. Once the filter is clean and dry, place it back into its housing.
8. Reattach the front panel or grille securely.
9. Plug in the air conditioner and turn it on.
