To adjust the resistance on the , follow these steps:
1. Sit on the machine and place your feet on the Foot Pads.
2. Push the Foot Pads forward to check the resistance.
3. Return the Foot Pads to the starting position.
4. Use the (+/-) Thumb Buttons located on either side of the Seat to increase or decrease the resistance. Each press of the button will change the resistance by 1 lb/kg increments.
5. Adjust the resistance to your desired level.
Note: It is important to avoid increasing the resistance during leg extension/flexion and to avoid locking your knees. Serious physical injury can result from these actions. Always maintain good form and control during exercise.
