To install the Falcon Ridge PO-14MIDRANGERCREW-DRW01 Polaris Ranger Crew Mid-Size Doors Rear Soft Windshield Windshield, please follow the instructions provided in the installation guide. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Start by cleaning the roll cage and plastic that surrounds the doors using rubbing alcohol.
2. Begin the installation of the soft doors by placing the 2" adhesive Velcro strips around the outside edges of the upper door frame. Start at the front of the frame and place the 27" strip first, followed by the 5" strip in the corner, and then the 55" strip. Place another 5" strip in the rear corner. Next, place the 31" strip down the back of the cage.
3. Move to the front bottom edge of the door frame and install the 1" adhesive strip.
4. Install the snaps on the front bottom edge of the door frame. Put the xxxx studs into the snap sockets on the door first. Then, one by one, pull the door in place and push the xxxx into the plastic, making sure to put enough pressure to leave a mark. Remove the xxxx stud from the door and install it where the mark was left behind.
5. Install the snap studs into the plastic for the bottom rear portion of the door.
6. For the rear window, clean the roll cage that surrounds it using rubbing alcohol.
7. Install the rear window by placing the two 1" wide adhesive strips that are 50" long across the top and bottom of the rear window frame. Place the two 24" adhesive strips down the sides. Attach the rear window to the frame.
8. Your enclosure should now be complete.
Please refer to the installation guide for more detailed instructions and illustrations. Make sure to read the guide thoroughly before starting the installation process.
