To connect your frameo RM101/RM102 WiFi Digital Photo Frame to a Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is a 2.4GHz network (not support 5GHz) and not hidden.
2. On the frame, go to the settings menu by tapping once on the screen.
3. Select "Wi-Fi" and choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to from the list.
4. If the selected Wi-Fi network requires a login, the connection status will say that Wi-Fi login is required. Tap on it to open a login screen and enter the credentials to access the network.
5. If your Wi-Fi network is not on the list, try moving your frame closer to the router or restart the frame and check again.
6. Once you have successfully connected to the Wi-Fi network, your frame will be able to receive new photos/videos and software updates.
Please refer to the "Settings" section in the user manual for more detailed instructions on Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
Note: It is recommended to check the Wi-Fi strength in the frame, as a weak signal may cause connection issues.
