To install the Philips 518316 EvoKit Click LED 2x2 Lights, please follow the steps outlined in the installation guide provided. Here is a summary of the installation process:
1. Turn off the power before starting the installation to avoid the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
2. Remove the original cover and fluorescent tubes from the host fixture. Ensure that the fixture is not damaged and meets the necessary requirements for installation.
3. Take note of the warnings and cautions mentioned in the installation guide to ensure safety during the installation process.
4. Install the Troffer Label (A) inside the original troffer to indicate that the luminaire has been modified.
5. Install the Side Panels (B) in between the troffer and T-grid. Slide the side panels outwards as far as possible and secure them in their final position.
6. If desired, install the Philips/Bodine Emergency Driver according to the separate installation guide provided.
7. Install the Closing Panel (C) in between the troffer and T-grid, ensuring that the tabs at each corner of the panel slide into the respective slots on the side panel. Secure the panels and establish ground by turning each fastener (D) 90 degrees.
8. Maneuver the Light Engine (E) into the slots of one of the Closing Panels. Ensure that the electrical wiring is not pinched between panels.
9. Establish proper grounding of the EvoKit metal parts to ensure personal safety. Follow the instructions provided based on the grounding situation.
10. Connect the main cables and hide the connected wires behind the Light Engine.
11. Rotate the Light Engine upwards and forward into position, making sure the tabs at each end of the Light Engine slide into the respective slots on the side panel. Ensure that the springs at each end of the Light Engine "Click" into position.
12. If applicable, connect the 0-10V or Dali wiring according to the provided wiring diagram.
13. If desired, install the ERI00 Emergency Relay according to the provided instructions.
14. If applicable, set the driver power and LED color settings using the built-in mechanical switches before installing the Light Engine.
