According to the Trina Solar User Manual, there are several mounting options available for the Trinasolar DE09M.05 solar panel. The most common mounting options are as follows:
1. Short side clamping with 4 clamps and rail underneath the module short side: This method involves using four clamps to secure the panel on the short side, with a solid mounting rail underneath for support.
2. Short side slide-in/insertion: In this method, the module short sides are inserted into slide-in rails completely, eliminating the need for clamps.
3. Short side clamping with 4 clamps and only punctual support underneath module frame: This method involves using four clamps to secure the panel on the short side, with punctual support underneath the module frame.
4. Long side clamping and only punctual support underneath module frame: This method involves using clamps to secure the panel on the long side, with punctual support underneath the module frame.
5. Long side 4 points clamping with crossbeam: This method involves using four clamps to secure the panel on the long side, with a crossbeam for additional support.
6. Short side 4 points clamping with crossbeam: This method involves using four clamps to secure the panel on the short side, with a crossbeam for additional support.
7. Four long side clamps (1-4) and only punctual support underneath module frame and two additional punctual support points (5 & 6) with/without clamps: This method involves using four clamps on the long side and two additional punctual support points, with or without clamps.
8. Four short side clamps (1-4) and only punctual support underneath module frame and two additional punctual support points (5 & 6) with/without clamps: This method involves using four clamps on the short side and two additional punctual support points, with or without clamps.
9. Hybrid clamping with clamps on long and short side and solid rails supporting from underneath: This method involves using clamps on both the long and short sides, with solid rails supporting from underneath.
10. Four clamps which are clamping the module flange from underneath on the long side of the module: This method involves using four clamps to secure the module flange from underneath on the long side.
11. Four clamps which are clamping the module flange from underneath on the short side of the module: This method involves using four clamps to secure the module flange from underneath on the short side.
Please refer to the Trina Solar User Manual for specific details and guidelines on each mounting option, including the maximum mechanical test loads and clamping ranges for each product code.
