To install SIM cards in the Thuraya IP Commander, follow these steps:
1. Remove the six screws from the access panel using a cross-point screwdriver.
2. Remove the access panel and set it aside.
3. If the gasket is loose, remove it and set it aside.
4. Install the SIM cards:
- The Primary SIM card goes into the center opening labeled "PRIMARY". Insert it into the slot until you feel it snap into place. To remove, press until you feel the card release and then remove.
- If there is a Secondary SIM card, it goes into the opening labeled "SECONDARY". Follow the same procedure as for the Primary SIM card.
5. Replace the gasket by carefully placing it into the groove it was removed from. Ensure it is completely inside the groove with no overhang.
6. Replace the access panel by aligning the xxxx holes in the panel with the ones on the enclosure.
7. Insert and tighten the screws. Tighten them hand tight to ensure proper alignment and then tighten the rest of the way down with a cross-point screwdriver. Do not overtighten.
