The installation process for the LEVEL RF-S800 Electronic Lock is as follows:

1. Start by using the provided drilling/routing template to mark the appropriate locations for the lock case and keep. Please note that the drawings in the manual are not to scale.

2. There are two options for the lock case and keep: American (squared 70mm backset) or European (radial 60mm backset). Choose the option that matches your door's requirements.

3. Once the locations are marked, proceed with drilling or routing the necessary holes for the lock case and keep.

4. Follow the instructions provided in the operating guide, which is based on the Level hotel lock management software user manual, to set up the lock for operation.

5. The LEVEL RF-S800 Electronic Lock can be operated using RFID (radio frequency identification) credentials such as MiFare 13.56MHz key cards, key fobs, wristbands, or sticker tags. When a valid RFID credential is presented to the front panel, the lock will emit a "beep" sound, activate the motor, and allow the lever to be rotated downwards to retract the latch. A blue LED will also be displayed. If the RFID credential is invalid, a red LED will be shown, and the number of red blinks will indicate the reason for access rejection.

6. Additionally, the lock can be operated using a smartphone app that utilizes BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). Ensure that the smartphone is close to the lock and that Bluetooth is enabled. Within the app, press the unlock icon on the screen. The red and blue LEDs on the lock will blink rapidly as the BLE key is validated. If the key is valid, the blue LED will remain displayed, and a beep will sound.
