To activate the SmartTrack Link for the first time, follow these steps:
1. Remove the insulating pull tab to activate the battery.
2. Download and install the eufy Security app on your smartphone.
3. Sign up for an account within the app.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your SmartTrack Link to the device list.
Once you have completed these steps, your SmartTrack Link will be activated and ready to use.
Note: For Apple users, there is an additional feature called Apple's Find My app. If you want to add your SmartTrack Link to the Find My app, follow these steps:
1. Open the Find My app on your Apple device.
2. Select "Add Item" and choose "Other Supported Item" on the Items tab.
3. Press your SmartTrack Link for 2 seconds.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
