The warranty period for the CyberPower EC450G Ecologic UPS Systems is three years from the date of purchase. This means that the product will be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship for a period of three years, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty. To be eligible for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser and provide a copy of your dated purchase receipt or invoice. If any defects or failures occur within the warranty period, CyberPower will repair, replace, or refund the product at their sole option. Additionally, the warranty also covers any connected equipment that was damaged due to the failure of the product. It is important to note that all claims must be made within ten days of the occurrence.
