To activate video calls on your Intratone SC-02 intercom, you need to follow these steps:
1. Contact your property manager to ensure that video calls are available as a feature for your intercom.
2. Download the Intratone app on every device you want to receive video calls on. You can find the app on the Apple app store or Google Play.
3. During the app setup, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number. Make sure to enter the same number that has been registered in the system by your property manager.
4. After entering your mobile number, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code into the app to activate it.
5. Once the app is activated, you will be able to receive video calls from the intercom on your registered devices.
6. It's important to note that you need a good network coverage, at least 3G, to use video calls. If your network coverage is poor, the intercom will revert to audio calls.
