To ensure that the charging cable is working properly, you can refer to the LED indicator display on the control box. Here are the indicator states and their descriptions:
- Power LED: Indicates that the cable is receiving power input to charge your vehicle.
- Charging LED: Indicates that the charge is taking place.
- Fault LED: Indicates there is a failure in the charging system.
If the Power LED is on and the Charging LED is flashing, it means that the cable is connected and charging is in progress. If the Fault LED is on, there may be a problem with the charging system, and you should refer to the Indicator Status Description in the manual to identify the specific issue.
It is important to note that if any of the protective features are enabled, such as overvoltage/under-voltage protection or overheat protection, the control box will stop the charging process. In such cases, you will need to disconnect the cable and reconnect it to the correct voltage supply.
