To descale the Smeg KLF05CRUK Retro Kettle, you can use specific descaling products or common household vinegar. Here is the step-by-step process:
1. Fill the kettle with water (0.5-0.6 liters) and boil it.
2. Add white vinegar (0.1 to 0.2 liters depending on the amount of scale).
3. Leave it to act overnight.
4. Empty the kettle.
5. Fill the kettle with water and boil it. Empty the kettle, disposing of the water safely. Repeat this operation at least twice.
Regularly descaling the kettle will prolong its life, ensure maximum performance, and save energy.
