To use the Babyliss 2447CU Deep Hair Waves, follow these steps:
1. Ensure your hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide your hair into sections ready for styling.
2. Press the button marked 'I/0' to switch on the appliance.
3. Slide the switch to select the suitable heat setting for your hair type. The LED indicator light will flash until the optimum temperature has been reached. Once the temperature has been reached, the LED light will stop flashing.
4. Take a section of hair and place it between the top barrels and bottom plate of the appliance.
5. Clamp the hair between the top barrels and bottom plate by pressing the appliance together.
6. Hold in place for 5-8 seconds. Take care to avoid the hot surfaces of the appliance coming into contact with the skin, especially the eyes, ears, face, and neck.
7. Release the appliance from the hair and gently slide it down to the next section. Re-position the appliance to overlap the last wave created to ensure a continuous wave effect in the hair.
8. Continue this action down the entire hair section, towards the ends of the hair.
9. Allow each section to cool before styling. Repeat on each hair section.
10. After use, press the button marked 'I/0' to switch off and unplug the appliance.
11. Allow the appliance to cool before storing it away.
Remember to use the appropriate heat setting for your hair type. Delicate, fine, or colored hair should use the lower heat settings, while thicker hair should use the higher heat settings. It is recommended to start on the lowest setting and increase the temperature until the desired result is achieved.
