To install the Intermec PC23d Media Cover Lock Bracket on your printer, please follow these steps:
1. Start by cleaning the surface of the printer where you plan to install the bracket. Use a clean cloth and a mild cleaning solution to remove any dirt or debris.
2. Once the surface is clean, position the bracket on the printer in the desired location. Make sure it aligns properly with the media cover.
3. Use the provided screws or adhesive (depending on the specific bracket model) to secure the bracket to the printer. Refer to the instruction manual for the specific installation method recommended for your bracket model.
4. After installing the bracket, it is recommended to wait for 24 hours before installing a lock (not supplied). This allows the adhesive to fully bond and ensures a secure attachment.
Please note that the Intermec PC23d Media Cover Lock Bracket does not come with a lock. You will need to purchase a compatible lock separately.
