To attach the guard to the , follow these steps:
1. Pull out the mains plug to ensure safety.
2. Connect the guard to the clamping flange with the clamping ring by inserting the cam on the clamping ring into the groove on the flange.
3. Rotate the guard hood into the required position.
4. Tighten the clamping lever to secure the guard in place.
5. To remove the guard, simply reverse the steps.
Please note that when using the angle grinder for roughing or cutting, it is important to never work without the guard. Additionally, for cutting, a special cutting guard must be used.
