To adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the "OK" button on the front bezel of the monitor to open the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
2. Use the navigation buttons on the front bezel to navigate to the "Picture" or "Display" menu.
3. In the Picture/Display menu, you will find options to adjust the brightness and contrast.
4. Use the navigation buttons to select the brightness or contrast option, and then press the "OK" button to enter the adjustment mode.
5. Use the navigation buttons to increase or decrease the brightness or contrast level to your desired setting.
6. Press the "OK" button to confirm the adjustment and exit the menu.
Note: It is recommended to adjust the brightness and contrast to a level that is comfortable for your eyes and provides optimal viewing experience.
