The warranty periods for Percy Doughty luxury fires and fireplaces vary depending on the type of appliance and where it is purchased. The warranty is only valid if the appliance is purchased from one of their exclusive dealers. Any fire purchased outside of their authorized dealer network or via an online retailer will carry a 1-year non-extendable warranty. For appliances with an extended warranty period, the registration form must be completed within one month of the purchase date. Any fires registered after this period will carry a 1-year non-extendable warranty. Appliances that are covered by their Premium Protect warranty are only eligible for up to 60 days from the date of purchase and only for customers who have purchased their appliance from an authorized dealer. It is important to complete the warranty card at the time of installation and provide proof of installation and service history to maintain the warranty during the said period.
