To connect the VEVOR Y486/Y486BT Thermal Label Printer to your computer, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power is OFF (press down "O" means Power OFF).
2. Connect the USB cable to the printer and your computer. For Windows users, make sure to connect to the same USB port on your computer to avoid duplicate printer entries.
3. Make sure the power adapter is tightly connected. Then, connect the power cable to the printer's power port and the electrical socket.
4. Turn the power ON (press down "-" means Power ON). The top feeder button will start flashing.
Please note that you should always turn off the switch before plugging in the power cable to avoid sparks.
For wireless installation with the Y486BT model, you can search and download the "Flashlabel" app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions in the app to connect the printer wirelessly.
