To assemble the scheppach HA1000 Dust Extractor, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the dust collector from the packaging and release the locking strap. Remove the motor casing from the container.
2. Check all the components to ensure they are complete. The components should include the filter cartridge, filter bag, suction hose, hose clamps, and hose coupling.
3. Mount the filter cartridge with the filter bag. Place the filter cartridge into the filter bag and push any overhang into the filter cartridge.
4. Plug the filter cartridge onto the motor casing. Place the entire motor casing on the container and secure it with the locking strap.
5. Mount the suction hose. Attach one end of the suction hose to the hose fitting on the casing using a hose clamp. Attach the other end of the suction hose to the hose coupling using another hose clamp.
6. The electrical connection has already been made by the manufacturer and is ready for operation. If you need to connect the electrical equipment or perform any repair work, it should be done by a qualified electrician.
