The Fisher Paykel RHV3-484-L Dual Fuel Range features a self-cleaning function for the oven. To use the self-cleaning function, follow these steps:
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven.
2. Wipe away any loose debris or spills from the oven cavity.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Press the "Clean" button on the control panel.
5. Select the desired cleaning duration (e.g., 2 hours, 3 hours, etc.) using the touchscreen.
6. Press the "Start" button to begin the self-cleaning cycle.
7. The oven will lock the door and heat up to a high temperature to burn off any food residue.
8. After the cleaning cycle is complete, allow the oven to cool down and then wipe away any ash or residue with a damp cloth.
Please note that the self-cleaning function should only be used when the oven is heavily soiled. For regular cleaning, a quick wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient for the induction zones.
