To connect the westech SMART BMS SERIE 12.8V LiFePO4 Battery, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the battery is not connected with the opposite polarity. Connecting the battery incorrectly can irreparably damage the BMS and will not be covered under warranty.
2. Before installation, check if the battery has been damaged during transportation. If any damage is found, do not use the battery and contact the seller.
3. If suitable battery holders are already available, they can be used. Make sure to install and fix the battery securely so that it cannot move back and forth during use. You can use a strap to secure it in place.
4. If you are connecting a single battery, it must be protected by a fuse.
