To install the Miller Adjustable Cab Mount Bracket, follow these steps:
1. Before installation, inspect the bracket to ensure it is in usable condition.
2. Remove the bottom bolt and side plates from the bracket.
3. For installing the MiniLite Fall Limiter (FL11) or Scorpion Personal Fall Limiter (PFL):
- Insert the FL11 or PFL unit into the bracket.
- Position the plastic roller between the upper roller holes and insert a 3/8" -16 x 4" bolt through the upper roller positioning holes and plastic roller. Tighten the nut.
- Re-install the side plates, but do not completely tighten the adjustment bolts.
- Install the cab mount bracket to the cab bars by loosening the adjustment bolts as necessary and positioning the bracket over both cab bars. Slide the unit to the desired location and tighten the set screws.
- Position a second plastic roller between the lower roller holes and insert the long bottom bolt completely through the side plate holes, lower roller positioning holes, and plastic roller. Tighten the nut.
- Install the remaining bolt at the back of the bracket and tighten the nut.
- Tighten all adjustment bolts until snug.
4. For installing the Black Rhino Self-Retracting Lifeline (CFL):
