To install the Lucci LEDlux 239609 Blitz LED Wall Bracket, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power to the circuit you are working on has been switched OFF before starting any electrical work.
2. Remove all packaging material from the product and make sure not to throw away any hidden accessories.
3. If assembly is required, place the luminaire on a smooth non-scratch surface.
4. Remove the shade from the luminaire by twisting it anti-clockwise.
5. Feed the mains supply cable through the luminaire.
6. Use the luminaire as a template to mark the xxxx positions on the wall.
7. Install the supplied grommets into the luminaire mounting holes.
8. Align the supplied flat washers on top of the grommets.
9. Install the luminaire onto the wall using appropriately sized mounting screws and anchors. Make sure the screws and anchors are suitable for the mounting surface and the surrounding environment.
Note: Ensure the supplied grommets and flat washers are installed to maintain the IP44 rating. Apply a non-corrosive bead of silicone before installation to prevent water from running down into the cabling.
10. Loosen the xxxx on the terminal block cover and remove the cover.
Note: Keep the terminal block cover and xxxx in a safe location for later installation.
11. Connect the mains supply wire to the terminal block, ensuring that the wires are secure and no bare wires are exposed.
Mains Supply Wire: Earth – Yellow/Green, Neutral – Blue or Black, Live – Brown or Red
Luminaire Wire / Terminal block: Earth – Yellow/Green, Neutral – Blue or N, Live – Brown or L
12. Install the cover back over the terminal block and secure it by tightening the xxxx .
13. The luminaire has a colour switching function (3000K, 4000K, 5000K). Select the desired colour temperature by sliding the switch.
Note: The luminaire must be turned OFF before using the switch to select the colour temperature. The colour temperature selection should be made during installation by the licensed electrician.
14. Install the shade back onto the luminaire by twisting it clockwise. Ensure the grommet around the edge of the luminaire forms a tight seal with the shade and is not deformed.
15. After the luminaire is fully installed, switch it on to test and enjoy your new lighting product. Make sure to select the LED colour temperature before the electrician leaves.
