To install the Miller Cab Mount Bracket, follow these steps:
1. Remove the bottom bolt and side plates.
2. Insert the Miller MiniLite® Fall Limiter (FL11) or Miller Scor-pion™ Personal Fall Limiter (PFL) unit into the bracket. For FL11, make sure the side of the unit where the webbing exits the housing is closest to the bottom of the bracket.
3. Install the clevis pin through the top bracket plate, anchorage ring on the fall limiter, and bottom bracket plate. Secure it with the cotter pin.
4. Position a plastic roller between the upper roller holes and insert a 3/8" -16 x 4" bolt through the holes and plastic roller. Tighten the nut.
5. Re-install the side plates, but do not completely tighten the adjustment bolts.
6. Install the cab mount bracket to the cab bars by loosening the adjustment bolts as necessary and positioning it.
7. Position a second plastic roller between the lower roller holes and insert the long bottom bolt through the side plate holes, lower roller positioning holes, and plastic roller. Tighten the nut.
8. Install the remaining bolt at the back of the bracket and tighten the nut.
9. Finally, tighten all adjustment bolts until snug.
