To connect the Ajax KeyPad Two Way Wireless Touch Keypad to the Ajax security system, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the KeyPad is turned off. To turn it on, hold down the On/Off button for 3 seconds. The device is turned off in the same way.
2. The KeyPad is connected to the hub and set up via the Ajax Security system mobile application. Make sure the device and the hub are within communication range.
3. Open the Ajax Security system mobile application and follow the device-adding procedure to establish a connection between the KeyPad and the hub.
4. Before using the KeyPad, enter the system arming/disarming code in the device settings. The default codes are "123456" and "123457" (code for silent alarm in case of a forced passcode entry).
5. Once the KeyPad is connected and the code is set, you can use it to arm, disarm, or partially arm the Ajax security system by entering the passcode and confirming with the corresponding buttons.
