To assemble the PITSUBURGH 57047 2 Ton Low Profile Floor Jack, follow these steps:
1. Attach the Upper Handle to the Lower Handle by aligning the hole on the Lower Handle with the Handle Lock Button on the Upper Handle. Make sure the Button clicks into place.
2. Loosen the Set xxxx and insert the assembled Handle into the Handle Socket. Tighten the Set xxxx .
3. Check the hydraulic oil level and fill it to 1/4" below the fill port as needed.
4. Thoroughly test the Jack for proper operation. If it does not work properly, bleed air from its hydraulic system.
5. The Jack is now ready to use.
