1. Connect the power supply: Ensure that the power supply is properly connected to the unit. There is a main disconnect switch with high trip capacity included for safety.
2. Connect the water supply and return piping: The unit is equipped with a hydraulic module integrated into the unit chassis. Connect the water supply and return piping to the appropriate connections on the unit. There is a fixed speed circulator and a water filter to protect the water pump against circulating debris.
3. Ensure proper pressurization of the water circuit: The unit has a high-capacity membrane expansion tank to ensure pressurization of the water circuit. There is also an overpressure valve set to 4 bar and an automatic purge valve positioned at the highest point of the hydraulic module to remove air from the system.
