To connect the JLab GO Wireless Keyboard to your device, you have two options: using the included 2.4G dongle or Bluetooth.
1. Connecting with the 2.4G dongle:
a. Install the included batteries in the keyboard.
b. Insert the 2.4G dongle into your device's USB port.
c. Turn on the keyboard.
d. The GO Keys will auto-connect to the dongle.
2. Connecting with Bluetooth:
a. Press the "CONNECT" button on the keyboard quickly.
b. The LED will blink in pairing mode.
c. Switch to your preferred connection mode by pressing and holding the "CONNECT" button until the LED changes color:
- Purple: 2.4G connection
- Blue: Bluetooth 1 connection
- Yellow: Bluetooth 2 connection
d. In your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab GO Keys" to pair with the keyboard.
Note: If you're having trouble connecting, you can try forgetting the "JLab GO Keys" in your device settings, turning off and on the keyboard, and then re-pairing it. For the 2.4G connection, you can also remove the dongle, enter 2.4G connection mode by pressing Fn + 1, and then plug the dongle back in.
