To install the REINA RND-HB1284W White Horizontal Radiator, please follow the steps below:
1. Before installation, ensure that the supplied installation accessories are complete and in good condition.
2. Choose the desired location for the radiator, ensuring that it is suitable for both the size and weight of the unit.
3. Make sure the wall where the radiator will be mounted is strong and capable of supporting the weight of the radiator when filled with water.
4. Decide whether you want to mount the radiator vertically or horizontally. The RND-HB1284W is a horizontal radiator, but it can be mounted vertically if desired.
5. If mounting vertically, ensure that the radiator is securely fixed to the wall using appropriate brackets and fixings. Follow the instructions provided in the installation manual for vertical mounting.
6. If mounting horizontally, position the radiator against the wall and mark the locations for the fixing brackets. Ensure that the radiator is level before marking the positions.
7. Drill holes at the marked positions and insert suitable wall plugs.
8. Attach the fixing brackets to the wall using screws, ensuring they are securely fixed.
9. Carefully lift the radiator and hang it onto the fixing brackets. Make sure it is properly aligned and level.
10. Connect the radiator to the heating system using 1/2" female pipe threads. Ensure that the connections are tight to prevent any leaks.
11. Optional color selection: If desired, follow the instructions provided in the manual to change the color of the radiator.
12. Once the radiator is installed, check for any leaks by turning on the heating system and allowing water to flow through the radiator. If any leaks are detected, tighten the connections or seek professional assistance.
Please note that the maximum operational pressure for the REINA RND-HB1284W White Horizontal Radiator is 6 bars. Ensure that your heating system operates within this pressure range to avoid any damage to the radiator.
