To install the REINA RND-BNR4518A Anthracite Vertical Radiator, please follow the steps below:
1. Before starting the installation, ensure that you have all the necessary tools and materials, including a level, drill, screws, and a pipe cutter.
2. Choose a suitable location for the radiator. It should be near the central heating system and have enough space for proper air circulation.
3. Measure the distance between the floor and the desired height for the radiator. Mark the wall at the desired height using a pencil.
4. Use a level to ensure that the marked line is straight. Adjust if necessary.
5. Locate the wall studs using a stud finder. Mark the positions of the studs on the wall.
6. Using a drill, create holes in the wall at the marked positions for the radiator brackets. Make sure the holes are deep enough to securely hold the brackets.
7. Attach the brackets to the wall using screws. Ensure that they are level and securely fastened to the wall.
8. Connect the radiator to the central heating system. The REINA RND-BNR4518A Anthracite Vertical Radiator has 1/2" female pipe thread inlet and outlet connections. Use appropriate fittings to connect the radiator to the existing pipes.
9. Once the radiator is connected, bleed the air from the system to ensure proper operation. Refer to the radiator's manual for instructions on bleeding the air.
10. Test the radiator by turning on the central heating system. Check for any leaks or issues with the radiator's performance.
